Who is Lenora Billings-Harris

Lenora Billings-Harris is a distinguished professional speaker with an impressive legacy in the field of diversity and inclusion. A past president of the National Speakers Association and the Global Speakers Federation, Lenora has been a dedicated NSA member for over 35 years. She was inducted into the CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame, and is a recipient of NSA’s highest award for service, the Cavett Award. Internationally recognized as a trailblazer, Lenora received an Honorary PhD in 2022 for her significant contributions to both the academic and professional realms of diversity and inclusion and for her efforts in disrupting bias. She serves on the adjunct faculty of two university business schools and has been named one of the top twenty influential diversity leaders in the U.S. by Diversity Woman Magazine. Additionally, she is included among the top 100 thought leaders on diversity by the Society of Human Resource Management.
